Audio Response is a free service that allows you to access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any touch-tone phone by calling (660) 747-0397 or (877) 947-0397.

With Audio Response, you can:

  • Check account balances and history
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make loan and credit card payments
  • Request a withdrawal by check and more!

Getting started:

Access to Audio Response requires a personal identification number (PIN) and must be set up through a CMCCU representative.   Please print, fill out and submit the application, contact us, or stop by and we will be happy to assist you.  Your PIN will be established at this time.
